Brad to make another comeback Well cas must be getting desperate, they are recalling Brad Davis for the trinity game.
Castleford have included assistant coach Brad Davis in their 20-man squad for Friday's Super League meeting with Wakefield.
The 38-year-old retired after last year's National League Grand Final but is set to make a short-term comeback.
Chief executive Richard Wright said: "Our attempts to strengthen at half back has been well documented.
"Brad has shown in recent years that age has been no barrier to quality, and we are sure he can prove an asset."
Australia-born Davis returned to Castleford for a second spell three years ago from a stint with French club Villeneuve and has also played for Wakefield, Huddersfield and York.
