Chris Bridge and Paul Wood both went over for tries before Great Britain centre Martin Gleeson sidestepped past full-back Michael Withers to give his side an 18-8 interval lead.
Joe Vagana and Ben Harris gave their side hope but Warrington managed to hang on for the win.
